<p>Dr. M. Shamim Kaiser is a professor and ex-director at the Institute of Information Technology, Jahangirnagar University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He earned his bachelor&rsquo;s and master&rsquo;s degrees in applied physics, Electronics, and Communication Engineering from the University of Dhaka in 2002 and 2004, respectively, and his Ph.D. in Telecommunication Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand, in 2010. With a strong research background, Dr. Kaiser served as a postdoctoral fellow at Anglia Ruskin University, UK, and Cambridge University, UK (2017&ndash;2018), and as a special research student at Tohoku University, Japan (2008). His research spans Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Wireless Networks &amp; Signal Processing, Cognitive Radio Networks, IoT, Healthcare Informatics, and Cybersecurity. He has published over 300 peer-reviewed papers in renowned journals and conferences.</p>
<p>Dr. Juanying Xie is currently a Professor with Shaanxi Normal University, Xi'an, China. Dr. Juanying Xie has been a full professor at the School of Computer Science of Shaanxi Normal University in PR China. Dr. Juanying Xie &nbsp;research interests include machine learning, data mining, and biomedical data analysis and has published around 50 research papers and published 2 monograph books. Dr. Juanying Xie has been an associate editor of Health Information Science and Systems and has been a program committee member of several international conferences, such as the International Conference on Health Information Science. Dr. Juanying Xie has been a senior member of China Computer Federation (CCF), and a member of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), and a member of Artificial Intelligence and Pattern Recognition Committee of CCF, and a member of Machine Learning Committee of CAAI, etc.</p>
<p>Dr. Amit Joshi is currently serving as the director of the esteemed G R Scholastic LLP, India. Enhancing his vision with his rich experience spanning approximately 15 years and realizing the need of globalization in education and business. His active affiliations include esteemed professional societies such as ACM, IEEE, CSI, AMIE, IACSIT Singapore, IDES, ACEEE, NPA, and more. He has presented and authored over 50 papers in reputable national and international journals and conferences, specifically those organized by IEEE and ACM. His editorial contributions include editing over 100 books published by renowned publishers such as Springer, T&amp;F and ACM. He has also organized over 100 national and international conference delegations and workshops in over 20 countries including the USA, Canada, major of Europe, Southeast Asia through various societies and international organizations.</p>
