Dr. Ruben Schlutter arbeitet am Kunststoff-Institut für die mittelständische Wirtschaft NRW GmbH in Lüdenscheid im Bereich Werkzeugbeschichtungstechnologien und Oberflächenfunktionalisierung durch biozide Nanopartikel. Von 2020 bis Januar 2022 war er Bereichsleiter für Neue Materialien und Werkzeugtechnologie bei der gemeinnützigen KIMW-Forschungs-GmbH. Seit 2022 ist er als selbstständiger Dozent tätig.
