<p>Jos&eacute; Grabiel Luis Cordova has Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Central &ldquo;Marta Abreu&rdquo; de Las Villas (UCLV) in 2016. He was Assistant Professor of Energy Law and researcher at Department of Law, Faculty of Social Sciences, UCLV (2016-2024). He is Associated researcher at Centre for Private &amp; Economic Law (PREC), Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) since 2018. He has Master of Arts from UCLV in 2021. He has a PhD of Laws between VUB and UCLV (2020-2024). Member of the Red Cubana de Relaciones Internacionales since 2018 (Ongoing). Member of the CYTED research network JUST-Side (Justice and Sustainability in the Territory through Spatial Data Infrastructure Systems) coordinated by University of Coimbra, Portugal (2019-2023). Member of the Society of Legal Scholars (2022-2023). Member of the CLACSO Working group: "Energ&iacute;a y desarrollo sustentable" since 2023 (ongoing). Member of the International Law Assosiation (Belgian Branch) since 2023. Researcher at "Energy Solidarity in Latin America: generating inclusive knowledge and governance to address energy vulnerability and energy systems resilience" (ESLatinA), international research project coordinated by University of Birmingham, UK (2020-2025). Second head of the national research project &ldquo;Bases Jur&iacute;dicas para el Desarrollo Energ&eacute;tico Sostenible en Cuba&rdquo; (2021-2023). Professor at E+ Jean Monnet Module &ldquo;European Union Law and Policies through SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) 2 and 7&rdquo; implemented at UCLV since 2024(ongoing). Researcher at the VLIR-UOS Short Initiative VUB-Universitas Airlangga &ldquo;Empowering Women Farmers to Actualise Rights to Seed for Sustainable and Resilient Food System in East-Java Indonesia&rdquo; (2023-2025). Researcher at the ELSA Lab for Technical Industry since 2025 (ongoing).</p>
