Jonas Kötz was born in 1965 in Hamburg (Germany). He was so bored at school that he filled the time with drawing. After graduating from high school and doing his community service, he lived for a year in Australia on a sheep farm. Afterwards he studied communication design in Hamburg. In the meantime he has a great wife, three nice kids and lots of animals. He lives and works as an illustrator and sculptor on the Elbinsel Krautsand.
