Isabel Ramos
<p><strong>Dr. Isabel Ramos</strong> is an Associate Professor with Habilitation at the Department of Information Systems of the University of Minho in Portugal, where she conducts research on information systems, innovation, knowledge management, resilience and digital transformation. She has served in academic leadership roles, including Director of the Doctoral Programme in Information Systems and Technologies and President of the Portuguese Association for Information Systems. She has also held international positions such as Chair of the IFIP Technical Committee on Information Systems and Vice-President for membership services and chapters of the Association for Information Systems. Ramos’s contributions to the field have been recognised with awards such as the IFIP Outstanding Service Award and the IFIP Silver Core Award, and she has co-authored numerous scientific publications.</p><p><strong>Dr. Katrin Bergener</strong> is a faculty member in the Department of Information Systems at the University of Münster, Germany, where her research focuses on creativity management, innovation, group support, and virtual group processes. She holds a doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.) from the University of Münster and has studied both information systems and linguistics, including an exchange year at the University of Auckland. Since 2024, she has been the Managing Director of the European Research Center for Information Systems (ERCIS), and she has held various academic leadership roles at the University of Münster, including coordinator of the University of Münster Centre for Europe. Dr. Bergener has contributed extensively to information systems research and teaching, supervising theses and publishing work on digital innovation and collaborative processes.</p><p><strong>Dr. Armin Stein</strong> is a faculty member in the Department of Information Systems at the University of Münster, Germany, where he focuses his research on business process management, gaming communities, and information systems education. He is also interested in diversity in the information systems research field. He earned his doctorate at the Münster School of Business and Economics in 2010, with earlier degrees in information systems completed at the same university. Since 2010, he has served as Managing Director of the European Research Center for Information Systems (ERCIS), and he also holds lectureships at the German-Vietnamese University and the University of Liechtenstein. Beyond teaching and administration, Dr. Stein contributes to the academic community through roles in major conferences and editorial activities.</p>
