Bibi darf ihre Mutter Barbara zu einem Hexenkongress auf eine Insel begleiten. Dort wird beschlossen, dass Bibis Mutter die böse Hexe Malicia beobachten soll. Aber Barbara Blocksberg verliert ihre Hexenkugel bei einem Flug über dem Meer, und Malicia bringt die Kugel in ihren Besitz. Nun muss Bibi ihrer Mutter helfen!
