Nadir Kheir

Nadir Kheir, PhD, BPharm, is Associate Professor in the Master of Pharmacy Practice Programme, School of Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences, Division of Health, University of Waikato, New Zealand, and Adjunct Professor (Research) at Ajman University, UAE. He holds a PhD from the University of Otago (2003) and has more than two decades of academic and research experience across New Zealand, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. He played founding roles at the School of Pharmacy, University of Auckland, and at the College of Pharmacy, Qatar University, where he helped establish one of the first pharmacy practice research programmes in the Gulf region.

His research spans patient-reported outcome measures, medication-related burden, pharmaceutical care evaluation, pharmacy education, and health services research.
