Milton Cohen

Dr Milton Cohen is a retired specialist pain medicine physician and rheumatologist and a former Adjunct Professor in the School of Medicine at the St Vincent’s Clinical School, University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. He is a former Dean of the Faculty of Pain Medicine of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists and played a major role in the establishment of Pain Medicine as a clinical discipline in Australia. He has contributed 25 book chapters and more than 90 papers to the peer-reviewed literature in pain medicine and rheumatology.

Dr John Quintner is a retired specialist pain medicine physician and rheumatogist in Perth, Western Australia. He has contributed 12 book chapters and more than 40 papers to the peer-reviewed literature in pain medicine and rheumatology. He has been an innovator in the in-person and on-line education of health care professionals in pain medicine.
