Dr Michelle de Souza is a lecturer at the University of Western Australia Law School. She is also a member of the Western Australian Reproductive Technology Council. Michelle’s research interests are health law, bioethics and comparative healthcare law, with a particular focus on the beginning of life. Her work has been published in the Journal of Law and Medicine, the Journal of Law, Technology and Humans, The Conversation, BioNews and Times Higher Education. Michelle has a PhD from the University of Sydney, an LLM from Cardiff University and an LLB (Hons) from Swansea University.
