<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Mehmet Karanfiloğlu, who graduated from Ege University with a degree in public relations and publicity, also completed his master's and Ph.D. at the same institution. He studied International Communication and Media at Hogeschool Utrecht in the Netherlands. His master's thesis focused on the impact of public relations on financial performance, and his doctoral thesis examined the relationship between Industry 4.0 and corporate communication. With professional experience in CRM in both the USA and Turkey, Karanfiloğlu has taught English and worked as a marketing expert. He started his academic career at Hatay Mustafa Kemal University as a research assistant. Later, he joined Ibn Haldun University as a faculty member, where he became an associate professor in July 2023. Karanfiloğlu currently chairs the Department of New Media and Communication and heads the Graduate and Doctoral programs in his field.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Prof. Dr. K&uuml;bra Kulaklıkaya began her academic career in 2005 with her undergraduate degree from Marmara University. She earned her master's degree in 2014 from the same university. In 2020, she successfully completed her Ph.D. in advertising and marketing at Marmara University. Dr. Kulaklıkaya started her career as a research assistant at Muş Alparslan University in 2012 and served as an assistant professor at the same university from 2020 to 2022. Since 2023, she has been serving as the deputy head of the new media and communication department at Ibn Haldun University.</span></p>
