<p><strong>Laila Leite Carneiro</strong> is Adjunct Professor at the Institute of Psychology and the Postgraduate Program in Psychology at the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA). Psychologist, specialist in Psychological Assessment. Master and PhD&rsquo;s degrees in Organizational and Work Psychology from UFBA. Coordinator of the Organizational Culture and Health at Work Working Group of the National Association of Research and Postgraduate Studies in Psychology (Anpepp) from 2022 to 2024. Leader of the Positive Psychology Laboratory (LAPP) (2020 &ndash; currently). Editor-in-Chief of the Revista Psicologia Organiza&ccedil;&otilde;es e Trabalho (rPOT, ISSN 1984-6657) (2024 &ndash; currently). She dedicates herself to research on the following topics: positive psychology, alternative work arrangements, worker well-being, organizational commitment and voice in organizations.</p>
<p><strong>Elaine Rabelo Neiva</strong> is Professor in the Department of Social and Work Psychology and in the Postgraduate Program in Social, Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Bras&iacute;lia (UnB). PhD, master's and undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Bras&iacute;lia (UnB); postdoctoral internship in the Social and Organizational Psychology Program at Columbia University at New York. She conducts research in Organizational Change and Analysis, Social Network Analysis in work contexts and in the implementation of public policies, and people management in organizations. She was a member of the board of the Brazilian Society of Organizational and Work Psychology (SBPOT) from 2010 to 2014. She is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Psychology Theory and Research.</p>
