Kailash Jeenger is an Associate Professor at the National Law University and Judicial Academy Assam, Guwahati, India. He holds the degrees of an LLM in international law and a PhD. He likes to pursue his academic endeavours in the field of international law and legal theory. He has served at the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
