Jana M. Celikler received her doctorate under the supervision of Univ.-Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Dr. mont. Eva-Maria Kern at the Chair of Knowledge Management and Business Process Design at the Faculty of Economics and Organizational Sciences at the University of the Bundeswehr Munich. Her research interest lies in the organizational and communication scientific investigation of High Reliability Organizations.
