Jamil Afzal

<p><strong>Dr. Jamil Afzal</strong>, from the School of International Law, Southwest University of Political Science &amp; Law, Chongqing, is an associate researcher at the China-ASEAN Law Research Center. He is the Principal Ethical Editor at the International Research and Publishing Academy (IRAPA) for its associated journals; he is an advocate on the roll of the Punjab Bar Council; and the Executive Director at Ahbab Lawer Fourm &amp; Research Society. He is the author of three books and a contributor/associate editor in three others, along with different high-ranking journal articles; he also participated in various reputed international conferences. He is an expert in Digital Law, the Digital Economy, the Hydrogen Economy, and the Legal Phenomenon of Digitalization. He has been involved in research and teaching for various National and International institutes for more than ten years.</p>
