Hidefumi Kurasaka
<p>Hidefumi Kurasaka, born in 1964, worked at the Japanese Environment Agency from 1987 to 1998. During that time, he was involved in drafting bills such as the Basic Environment Bill and the Environmental Assessment Bill. Since 1998, he has taught courses on environmental economics, environmental policy, and consensus-building at Chiba University. He is currently a professor at the Graduate School of Social Sciences, Chiba University.</p>
