This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 12th IAPR TC3 Workshop on Artificial Neural Networks in Pattern Recognition, ANNPR 2025, held in Milan, Italy, during October 7–9, 2026.The 40 full papers included in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 65 submissions.
