Ewelina Mierzwa-Kamińska

Ewelina Mierzwa-Kamińska is currently working as Assistant Professor at the University of Opole, Poland. She successfully defended her doctoral thesis on the relationship between foreign language enjoyment and foreign language anxiety among Polish secondary school students. She has published several articles on foreign language enjoyment and its relation to students' gender and language anxiety. She has also participated in several academic conferences. Her research interests include affective factors in SLA, educational psychology and the psychology of memory and memorisation. Her didactic work focuses on preparing students for the C1/C2 exam, teaching subjects such as English phonetics, the psychology of memory and memorisation, and positive psychology in SLA.
