Dr. Daniela Eberspächer-Roth, PhD combines two decades of hands-on leadership in the industrial Mittelstand with academic research on how leaders communicate through transformation.

As an entrepreneur and managing partner, she has led change in manufacturing and digital transformation from the inside. She navigated the pressures of volatility, uncertainty, and complexity long before she began studying them. This dual perspective, practitioner and researcher, shapes her work: she examines how leadership communication can turn disruption into sustainable change, and translates that research back into practice.

Beyond her entrepreneurial and academic work, she serves on corporate, academic, and societal boards, and helds leadership roles in industry and judicial service. This experience grounds her research in the realities of governance and decision-making, bringing a distinctive perspective to where technology, organizations, and people intersect.
