From 2008 to 2012, Olivier spearheaded knowledge management at the Asian Development Bank, where he had previously contributed to policy, strategy, programs, and projects, among other roles.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cp\u003eOlivier's expertise encompasses environmental management, independent evaluation, information and communications technology, knowledge management, organizational effectiveness, policy formulation, project design, project implementation, public relations, and strategic planning. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Kent, a master's degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of London, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
