He has authored more than 225 publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals, contributed book chapters, edited academic books, and supervised postgraduate and doctoral research projects. His research work has received more than 3,300 citations internationally.\u0026lt;br\u0026gt;His main research interests include the physiotherapy management of tendinopathies, the application of electrophysical agents in neuromusculoskeletal disorders, clinical electrotherapy, soft tissue techniques, and evidence-informed rehabilitation. He has participated in several research projects related to electrophysical modalities and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.\u0026lt;br\u0026gt;Dr. Stasinopoulos has served in several academic leadership positions, including President and Vice President of the Department of Health Sciences at the European University Cyprus, and Coordinator of the MSc Program in Sports Physiotherapy and the PhD Program in Physiotherapy. He is currently Director of the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Research Laboratory at the University of West Attica and a member of the International Society for Electrophysical Agents in Physical Therapy (ISEAPT).\u0026lt;br\u0026gt;He has also served as Editor-in-Chief of Biology of Exercise and as a member of the Editorial Board of the British Journal of Sports Medicine.
